Selwood Housing Society fees increase.
Above infation increases seem to be the norm.
Rent. This is basically set by the Government with only a small amount of flexibility allowed. Tenants will be notified individually within the next day or two. The average increase nationally is 6.2%.
Service charges. 5.5% increase on new charges introduced in 2008/09.
Sheltered service charge. 10% increase.
Support charges. 4.1% for self-payers.
Sewers. 9% increase, but some non-tenants will increase by more than this.
