What a load of (green) rubbish.
Pay, pay, pay, pay, pay ...
It would seem that the (currently) Conservative led unitary Wiltshire Council has come up with another wizard wheeze to save us money.
Hot on the heels of the '3.5% council tax increase is actually a saving' theory, we now have 'we'll start charging for taking garden waste away in the green bins'. It will be interesting to see how starting to charge for what is currently a free service in West Wiltshire will be spun.
