Local buses under threat.
Hilperton service could be lost..
237. This service will be run by Faresaver (rather than First Bus) from the 11th May until 31st July. There will be minimal timetable chages and I have arranged for a supply of the new timetables to be sent to me. If anyone wants one, please contact me.
266. This is basically the afternoon school service from Clarendon and John of Gaunt to Hilperton. It is under threat and a new operator has not yet been found. WCC wants to see the service continue and negotiations are on-going to find a new operator.
As with all bus routes, the best way to ensure that services are not withdrawn is for people to use them rather than use their car.
