Revised plans for 303 Marsh Road, Hilperton.
New housing moves a step closer.
Local residents were invited to an exhibition in the village hall on January 21st where the developers explained their proposals.
Following the consultation the developers have made some alterations to the plans, including reducing the number of houses from 19 to 18, changing some houses from 4-bed 'three storey' to 3-bed two-storey, and moving the houses around to avoid overlooking.
The developers are still liaising with Wiltshire Council planners, and expect to submit a formal planning application shortly.
