Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

Do they represent all, or just a chosen few?
Seemingly on the whim of a would-be Conservative WC councillor, several 'Trowbridge' villages now find themselves aligned to the Melksham Area Board.

Who did he consult? Did he ask the parish councils what they thought? No.

In typical Conservative 'I know best' hype he went off and lobbied the (Conservative) Implementation Executive at the new council.

If you feel like voting for the Conservatives in June, please remember this high-handed action and consider whether a candidate of a different political hue (or, even better, an Independent!) might deserve your vote!

Your elected representative is there to represent YOU, and he/she should remember that.
