Marston plc is again trying to get permission for their pub.
The applicantion reference is W/09/01022/FUL. Land Adjacent Hackett Place, Hilperton, Wiltshire. Application to discharge clauses within section 106 agreement dated 6 February 2004. The application was discussed by Hilperton Parish Council at their meeting on 21st April and they have asked me, as the local Wiltshire Councillor, to call-in the application for consideration by the western area planning committee if the case officer is minded to approve it.

I have fought for the last eight years or so to keep this land allocated for a medical use but I would be interested to hear your views on the medical centre v. pub issue.

Am I still fighting for what residents want?
