Groups are being encouraged to apply ...
Voluntary and community organisations in Wiltshire are being encouraged to apply for grants to support local arts projects.

The Wiltshire Council Arts Project Grant Scheme has been set up by the council to support the Wiltshire arts sector, and the results of the scheme will be assessed to see how effective an ongoing annual scheme could be in supporting Wiltshire arts.

The arts cover a wide range of creative opportunities, including visual arts, crafts, media and digital forms, literature and performing arts.

All applicants should return an application form no later than Friday, July 31. They will then receive a letter with notification of the decision by Friday, September 4.

The project should be relevant to the community areas of Wiltshire and the areas that would benefit from the project should be stated on the form. It will also need to be indicated which people will benefit from the project.
