'New' planning applications have been lodged for local items.
A short while ago, Persimmon re-submitted two applications for Staverton in order that the WWDC planning committee could 're-consider' their earlier decisions; no arrogance there then!!

Now, however, 'new' applications have been lodged for both the Paxcroft Mead pub, and the Hilperton Relief Road. I have e-mailed the case officers to ascertain what differences there are, if any, compared to the 2004 applications.

This is an interesting trend and may be a result of developers not wanting to wait a year, or so, for their appleals to be heard.

I suppose the application for the three shops at Paxcroft Mead will be the next application to receive this treatment.
